<p>We are seeking to expand our customer-facing team in Bordeaux (though Paris could be possible) with this newly created position that will play a key role in driving our growth and success in a large enterprise customer account. &nbsp; This role will be 75% focused on engaging with customer and Ridecell leaders to ensure the success of a portfolio of solutions delivery projects, and 25% focused on serving as a hands-on project manager for selected individual initiatives.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have direct experience in executing €1+ million projects, either within a major enterprise or at a leading management consulting firm or an enterprise software vendor.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Customer relationship management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary face of Ridecell within a major customer enterprise account spanning the planning, implementation, launch, and ongoing refinement phases for delivery of multiple enterprise solutions</li>
<li>Develop trusted advisor relationships with day-to-day contacts, middle management, and senior executives in the enterprise account</li>
<li>Effectively negotiate workloads and timeline commitments for a broad portfolio of solution deliveries aligned with Ridecell resources and capabilities to ensure high performance delivery against commitments</li>
<li>Help stakeholders within our customer effectively balance competing priorities and make tradeoffs regarding change requests that align with both the customer’s and Ridecell’s global strategies</li>
<li>Effectively de-escalate hot button issues that rise up to the customer’s executive level by quickly providing clear and accurate communications of the situation and the status of Ridecell’s remedy</li>
</ul>
<li>Program management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the overall program manager of a portfolio of strategic projects, and directly as the project manager for select initiatives, within a major customer enterprise account&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Establish new and/or oversee pre-existing mechanisms for:</li>
<ul>
<li>Operational models</li>
<li>Project execution governance structures</li>
<li>Customer collaboration approaches</li>
</ul>
<li>Provide strategic guidance to individual project managers, helping to establish each project’s goals, timeline, risk mitigation plan, and key success factors and coaching them when issues arise that could impact our commitments</li>
<li>Make certain that dependencies on customer commitments are explicitly called out and tracked</li>
<li>Ensure resources are allocated across projects to enable successful delivery, both within Ridecell and within the customer</li>
<li>Monitor project execution status and when projects are at risk, dive in to help get them back on track and/or escalate to senior Ridecell and customer leadership for further assistance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Drive a regular cadence of strategic meetings with customer executives (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)</li>
</ul>
<li>Business value realization:</li>
<ul>
<li>Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business operations, challenges and pain points, and the benefits they are seeking from adopting Ridecell’s solutions</li>
<li>Understand the business value of Ridecell’s solutions to help establish program priorities and manage execution to achieve high business impact for both our customer and Ridecell</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the customer to define the success criteria and key performance indicators for each project, ideally quantifying the customer’s baseline performance before and after the implementation of the Ridecell solution</li>
<li>Using your knowledge of the customer pain points and relationships with key customer leaders, identify new opportunities for Ridecell’s Sales team to pursue</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 10 years experience working with large enterprises in one or more of the following roles:&nbsp; B2B account management, solutions delivery, customer success, management consulting, project management, or program management</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in executing €1+ million projects, either within a major enterprise or at a leading management consulting firm or leading enterprise software vendor.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), either as a consultant to an enterprise customer or through an internal role</li>
<li>Fluency in navigating the technical aspects of project execution, such as API integrations and app development</li>
<li>Proven track record of focusing on solutions, key metrics, and results with a data driven mindset; comfort working in a data intensive environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to establish productive working relationships at all levels and influence change with internal and external business partners</li>
<li>Strong project management skills and experience managing large enterprise customers and agile cross functional account teams</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a good balance of strategic vision and tactical implementation</li>
<li>Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong professional ethics and impeccable personal integrity</li>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree from top university, preferably in technology or business</li>
</ul>
