<p><br> <strong>About The Role</strong><br> As a Sr. People Business Partner, Tech Functions at Ridecell, you will establish yourself as an indispensable go-to partner with help from People Team peers across the globe. You will own front-line intake with Managers and ICs alike, and independently drive People issues through to resolution. You play an integral part of bringing the strategic People &amp; Culture plan come to life. As part of the People Roadmap and Plan, you will build strong, respectful relationships, influence the right outcomes for the business, and elevate Ridecell’s culture. When it’s all said and done, you will have demonstrated confidence, maturity, leadership, fortitude, creativity, influence, people instincts and the ability to be both strategic and tactical.</p>
<p><br> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Champion and embody the Ridecell culture, mission and values</li>
<li>You’ll play a key role in implementing the talent agenda to support the business goals</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coach, advise and support managers and employees on a variety of components impacting employee experience: employee relations concerns, rewards and recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, compensation and benefits, performance management, People programs &amp; policies and people dynamics</li>
<li>Ensure operational excellence on People initiatives including talent reviews, inclusion and diversity, workforce planning, talent analytics, engagement survey and overall program &amp; process improvements</li>
<li>Partner with and advise leadership on people-related strategy and decisions including organizational health and design, planning, and compensation</li>
<li>Create and execute initiatives to drive exceptional individual and team performance using a data driven approach</li>
<li>Develop people-oriented programs to positively impact change management</li>
<li>Employ operational discipline partnering with the People Ops and Compensation teams to ensure accuracy in organizational hierarchy, pay, titling, and leveling</li>
<li>Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building</li>
<li>Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7-8 years of professional People &amp; Culture Partner experience, bonus if that’s as a People Business Partner supporting tech executives at a rapidly growing tech organization</li>
<li>Strong desire to help others and intellectual curiosity about people and organizational issues</li>
<li>Excellent communicator and active listener</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to partner with team members outside of the US on global issues</li>
<li>Experience developing a team of HR professionals</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently</li>
<li>Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis and decision making</li>
<li>Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills</li>
<li>Exceptional project management/change management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in an everchanging environment</li>
<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment</li>
<li>Experience helping organizations scale</li>
<li>Proven track record in the areas of program delivery and creation</li>
<li>BA/BS in business administration, psychology or other related discipline</li>
