[title] => Director, Ecosystem Alliances & Programs
[content] => <p>Ridecell (<a href="http://www.ridecell.com)">www.ridecell.com)</a> is powering next generation of ridesharing, carsharing and autonomous new mobility services. As the world shifts to a mobility on-demand model and new companies rush to enter as service providers, Ridecell is ready to support these initiatives. Already 20 customers, including BMW, Renault, Karma and AAA use our proven platform to launch, operate, and scale their new mobility services. </p>
<p>With a team of over 150 people, Ridecell is moving to the next phase of company growth and customer outreach. We are ready for a champion to manage our key ecosystem partners that will transform Ridecell into the leading ecosystem of shared mobility partners. [description] => <strong>Why are you being asked to complete this form?</strong>
<p>Because we do business with the government, we must reach out to, hire, and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities1. To help us measure how well we are doing, we are asking you to tell us if you have a disability or if you ever had a disability. Completing this form is voluntary, but we hope that you will choose to fill it out. If you are applying for a job, any answer you give will be kept private and will not be used against you in any way. </p>
<p>If you already work for us, your answer will not be used against you in any way. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we are required to ask all of our employees to update their information every five years. You may voluntarily self-identify as having a disability on this form without fear of any punishment because you did not identify as having a disability earlier.</p>
<strong>How do I know if I have a disability?</strong>
<p>You are considered to have a disability if you have a physical or mental impairment or medical condition that substantially limits a major life activity, or if you have a history or record of such an impairment or medical condition.</p>

<p>Disabilities include, but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Blindness</li>
  <li>Deafness</li>
  <li>Cancer</li>
  <li>Diabetes</li>
  <li>Epilepsy</li>

  <li>Obsessive compulsive disorder</li>
  <li>Impairments requiring the use of a wheelchair</li>
<li>Intellectual disability (previously called mental retardation)</li>

Director, Ecosystem Alliances & Programs

At Ridecell View All Jobs
San Francisco, CA

Ridecell (www.ridecell.com) is powering next generation of ridesharing, carsharing and autonomous new mobility services. As the world shifts to a mobility on-demand model and new companies rush to enter as service providers, Ridecell is ready to support these initiatives. Already 20 customers, including BMW, Renault, Karma and AAA use our proven platform to launch, operate, and scale their new mobility services.

With a team of over 150 people, Ridecell is moving to the next phase of company growth and customer outreach. We are ready for a champion to manage our key ecosystem partners that will transform Ridecell into the leading ecosystem of shared mobility partners. Shared mobility is not an industry that will depend on a single vendor offering. It requires deep cooperation with companies developing different parts of the shared mobility service offering stack. The ability to manage these deep partnerships that drive joint revenue and jointly developed products is a key ingredient for success.

We’re looking for a Director of Ecosystem Alliances and Programs to manage core business relationships with signed partners that will drive tens of millions of dollars in joint revenue and cooperatively developed product offerings. The successful candidate will understand inherently how to manage a diverse cross-functional business relationship with strategic partners to develop joint customer wins, orchestrate outstanding cross company communication, and co-develop joint product offerings. We’d like someone to deeply engage with one of our top new partnerships and expand over time to managing several key strategic programs. This role is for the person who excels as program management and is considered top farmer rather than a hunter. Does that sound like you?

    • Develop the cross-company account plan
    • Track the execution of the key planning milestones

    • Work with product and engineering to schedule resources to support the partner integration efforts
    • Ensure that development has allocated partner development requests into the feature roadmap and resource allocation plans
    • Push for engineering resources for partner development if appropriate
  • Go to market management
    • Create the go to market plan for partner and manage accordingly
    • Develop co-selling value proposition and develop materials for each partner
    • Grow channel relationships when appropriate
    • Create press coverage of the partnership and joint partner deliverables that significantly grows business for both companies
  • Partnership Operations
    • Define and manage the partner management solution offering
